DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMEArt takes time.
Jewellery and custom work may take some time to create. We will confirm delivery-estimates, at the time of order confirmation.
Art Print Shop processing times vary, they should be created, within 1 - 10 days of the order.
*You may receive your order in more than one package, depending on production times.
** Due to Covid-19 production, and delivery times may be delayed. We will try our best to get your order to you in the most timely manner.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We do our best to provide the most accurate estimated delivery time. Generally products will be shipped using Canada Post. Current global circumstances are having impacts on carriers and their ability to make on-time deliveries.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Jewellery: Tracking information will be sent shortly after your order has been shipped.
Art Print Shop: Will Arrive to you directly from Redbubble, or Art of Where.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Amanda Schoppel: Art & Wax Carving is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Amanda Schoppel: Art & Wax Carving is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We will work with you to have your Artwork arrive in a secure and timely fashion. Please be aware that there may be delays and limitations due to COVID-19, and this is out of my control.
